Diana has a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin, and completed the Executive Development Program from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania in 2012.

 

 

Suzanne Appenzeller has more than 20 years of experience in operational HR, people metrics, HR information system implementations, HR business processes, ISO certifications, and compensation and benefits. Managing the full suite of HR functions, Suzanne has worked in the following industries:  Environmental, Oil and Energy, Transportation Infrastructure, Facility Management Services, and Construction and Maintenance.

ADP: Managed numerous multi-jurisdictional ADP implementations and platform upgrades including: ADP PCPW, Crystal Reporter, ADP PayeXpert and Workforce Solutions and ADP PayForce with ADPR and ADP Connection.  Project scopes included multiple company codes and pay schedules with 5000+ union and non-union demographics.

Kronos Workforce HR and Timekeeper: Implemented HRIS, Self-Service, Benefit Management, Performance Management and Compensation modules.  Project included development of work schedules, pay rules, time evaluation and automated interfaces to ADP for payroll processing and GL Accounting.

Taleo Implementation: Applicant Tracking System implemented across the Americas for all position classifications including applicant requirements for DOT CDL compliance. Automated the reporting requirements for EEOC and Affirmative Action planning and reporting.
